RMS add device - the serial must be an integer

Trying to re-add a rut955 to rms after having removed it.

message say:  "This device is currently not Activated, which means it has never connected to RMS therefore, monitoring information will not be shown. You may apply a firmware or backup configuration upload although, it will be verified only when the device becomes online."

And everytime rms tries to reconnect a popup message says: "The serial must be an integer".

Can you please help me?

Can you please provide more information on how you are trying to add RUT955 to RMS?

If you are trying to connect it using an excel file you can download the sample excel file from RMS itself.

If you are trying to register the device directly, try to verify whether the serial number is correct or not.
