Hi,

My client has RUT240 and it had reset and upgrade firmware because internet provider told it has been attacked by malware.

I did reset and upgraded 3 or 4 times firmware to latest, but the last upgrade changed all the port forwarding setting very different, it was easy to setup before, but now i can't get it to work.

Can you tell me step by step what i need to change for port forwarding to work.

There is video surveillance system behind it and it needs ports 5920 and 5921 to work. Internal address of device is 192.168.1.5

My client is 30km away and it takes time for me to go there, so i would prefer i could just put correct settings and leave.

Hello,

If I understand you correctly, the configuration would basically look something like this, unless you are allowing only certain IP addresses to the system.

If that is the case, just add the IP address in the External IP address field
