We have been using OpenVPN in our company for months to access other network devices from our laptop via our installed TRB140 device. We have created a VPN HUB in RMS and added all the clients.
Currently, our VPN HUB is in online status but none of the clients (own laptops, via OpenVPN) can connect to that. There are no changes in the configuration on our side. This has happened before, that despite the VPN HUB being online we could not connect, even for 1-2 days, and then it would work again without any other intervention.
In addition, it is often the case that the VPN connection is suddenly disconnect and then reconnect, which makes ongoing work very difficult.
I would like to ask what could be causing this error, maybe there is a configuration on our side that can help us to avoid these in the future?
