I just bought a brand new RUT955 from Swedish distributor Dustin. Obviously they don't have the capability or knowledge to help out in this matter as they are merely a boxmover.

The sticker on the device states that the default network is 192.168.1.0 and default uid/pw is admin/admin01.

When attaching to the LAN1 port I get an assigned ip on the 192.168.111.0/24 network. I can attach to a LuCl web gui on 192.168.111.1. The default uid on the page is root. Neither root or admin with default pw of admin01 works. A factory reset (>5sec press of reset) still gives the same behaviour.

Hello,

If you are not able to login the Webui using the default password after reset, you can try flashing the firmware on the device using the bootloader procedure. For more details on the bootloader procedure follow the link below:
