Factory Reset - Still unable to access

Hi. Seems that I have had a Teltokia that was hacked.

I have factory reset the device. IP Address is reset to 192.168.1.1

Default username and password should be: admin pw: admin01

Also used SSH, root + admin01.

Also tried admin, pw: admin

The factory reset does not reset the password to factory defaults. Is there another way to regain access to this device?
