Anyone had a Malware attack on a RUT240 router. I have a Public facing Data SIM, and somehow the router has been attacked and run up a large data bill on the SIM, SIM company has blocked the SIM temporarily put a blockon the SIM, so I am going to have to attend site and connect to the router, just don't know how best to tackle it and see if the router has been accessed by someone and what exactly they have done to remove it. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you to tell, which firmware version the device in question has installed?

Also, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question by editing it or send it to me in a private message. To generate the file, please, access router's WebUI, navigate to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Best regards,

Žygimantas
