RUT240 offline, no conection, no sim control option, ping test ok

Hello, I have a problem: I have no longer a connection to RUT240, I can't get to the router via static IP or dyndns, all connected devices are not on the Internet, they are offline.

Internet PING test is OK.

No SMS reboot option (Internet sim data only).

Latest firmware. Sudden termination of the connection Mon. 07/18/22. since then, everything is offline. Unfortunately, I don't have physical access.

Is there any way to reboot the RUT240 somehow?

I'm grateful for any help.

However, if you have no physical access to the router and it is not accessible remotely, there is not much else that can be done.
