While running the latest firmware RUT2_R_00.07.02.4 (and also with 02.2) I am not getting decent download speeds
Connected with my laptop with ethernet cable, and even disabled wifi on the RUT240 (just to test if it does something) I am getting following speeds: (attached are the screenshots with speedtest and mobile stats wich are pretty good i think? -51db, RSRP -86, RSRQ -12, SINR 5.1
2,5 mbps download
28 mbps upload
Is there something "blocking" the download speed?

Hello,

Have you tried to set different servers for speed test?

Could you try to insert the same s\SIM to a mobile device and see the speed, just to narrow it down to a router as a source of the issue?

I would next like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Best regards,

Hello

Thanks you for the fast reply. I've attached a second speedtest, to another server, which shows the same results.
Furthermore i've attached the tshoot file.

I will test ASAP the simcard in my iphone and will perform a swap:

- a speedtest with the current provider (Proximus) from my iphone
- a speedtest with the datacard that is in the RUT240 from my iphone (Telenet)
- a speedtest with my simcard in the RUT240 (Proximus)

I tried with the iphone from my wife, who is having Telenet.
Same even slower speeds in the same spot.
With my iphone, I got much higher speeds, so it has to do with the provider.

I searched for another place for the RUT240, and now i get decent results 18mbps down, and 11up.
Stats: -57, -85, -7, 13

Which of these numbers are telling now that the throughput is far better?

All of them are important, however, in your case, it seems that you had a meaningful increase in SINR.
