Hello,

i have a working ipsec connection. I can reach devices behind the teltonika router from my company network.

I have checked the "Allow WebUI access" box but i am not able to connect to the webui from devices of my company network.

Access from the devices behind the teltonika router is no problem.

Is there anything i forgot?

Cheers

Mathias

Hello,

Hm, I've just tested this and it works for me.

Which router and what firmware version are you using?

Tested it with RUT240, FW version RUT2XX_R_00.01.03.2 and RUT955, FW version  RUT9XX_R_00.05.01.8

Perhaps there is an issue with your firmware. You can download firmwares for RUTxxx routers from Teltonika's Wiki page:

RUT2xx: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/index.php?title=RUT2xx_Firmware
RUT9xx: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/index.php?title=RUT9xx_Firmware

Hello, we have the RUT955 with RUT9XX_R_00.05.01.4

I connect to my RUT955 LAN Gateway IP.

I made the update to 05.01.8 but it does not resolve my problem.

Do i have to configure more then checking the box in the ipsec tab?

You need check the box and specify local/remote IPs on both sides. Like this:

I configured it like this.

Can you provide your troubleshoot file? This may help identify the issue. You can download it from the System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot page.

Before doing that, remove any confidential info that may be in your configuration.

Which files do you need?

The TS ZIP is quite big.

Hello,

l believe you need to have firewall rule in order to allow the connection. Traffic destined to the device itself:

My Teltonika router IP is 192.168.12.1, remote subnet (EdgeMAX UBNT) is 192.168.1.0/24

When you set up the IPsec connection, the router takes care of the necessary firewall rules. (if Left/Right firewall fields are checked)

Good to know! I think l was not able to access the UI without the above rule (maybe it is because an old code running on the RUT500, as l do not have such options).
