I have a RUT240 who's free credit expired a while back. 
I added credits today, applied one to the specific device - the management page now says Service Expires at 2022-08-21.
The device UI shows RMS Connection State: Connected, however the device still won't show itself as online in RMS
This makes me worry about being able to activate access to a device when a customer really needs it. 
Any help / explanation would be appreciated.

Ah - I had a pending firmware update that wouldn't go through because it "had no credits". Cancelling the firmware update got it to appear online, then re-submitting the firmware update made the firmware update actually happen.
