Everything functioned since June 2021 for about one year. - 3 Weeks ago, i wanted to update the device. no chance... :-(

Firmware update higher 00.06.09.2 was not possible. Checksum-error. - I repaired the firmware via bootloader procedere.

No GPS-Menue (see pic).

No repair via RMS because of fault activation possible.

Serial number, product code, batch number, hardware revision in device-Informations are blank.

I could send the serial-number of my RUT955 in a personal message.

Hello,

One of the files in your device got corrupted.

We would need to arrange a remote AnyDesk session to restore it.

Could you send me a serial number of your device in a private message?

I have exactly the same problem. MAC address appearing as FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF, default wifi details empty, serial number empty. Could I possibly do the same thing?
