Hello everyone,

I'm trying to modify via SMS the SMS util status on a RUT950. the reason is I only have the sms tools to interact with a bunch of RUT950 at the moment.
I need it to enter new values (like RSRQ from the 7.0 firmware update) that will be useful since we switch from network operator very soon.
I use the command :
*password* uci set sms_utils.cfg0792bd.message=this is a test

unfortunatly, only the first word is writen in the cfg.
The output sent by the RUT950 is :
replaced existing value sms_utils.cfg0792bd.message=this

This is not due to UCI itself since the UCI command in CLI works perfectly.

I tried several delimiters but I wonder if it's even possible.
Did someone have ever tried this ?

Best regards;

Maxime

Hello Maximeb,

We have more details on our wiki pages on how to modify the rule in Mobile Utilities Service:

Follow the link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Mobile_Utilities

The link will also help you to get more details on how to use UCI commands.

Can you provide more details on what you are trying to implement using the SMS UCI command and

why do you want to change the delimiter?

Regards,

Shivang
