Hi,

I have some problems with my RUT955 to connect to my mobile-provider. I've successfully connected once, when I switched to LTE only and insert the APN manually. But after some time the connection was lost again. I tried to update the firmware to RUT9_R_00.07.02.4 over the WAN connection and also update the modem via ssh to the newest versions (EC25EUGAR08A01M4G).I'm also can't find any Network operator in the GUI, but some over the CLI.

Hello,

Have you tried the SIM card with another device, like a smartphone, or a different SIM card in the router, as the device does not even connect to the mobile operator.

Hi,

I tried the SIM card in my smartphone and there it works without any problems. I also tried the SIM card from my phone in the RUT955 but there is the same problem.

Could you try to reset the router to factory defaults. From the logs for some reason modem is sent commands to disable both transmitting and receiving RF signals, and to use internet.telekom APN with PAP credentials even though no such things are configured.
