Question

Since the update from 7.02 to 7.02.4 on one of my RUT240 devices the online connection seems to be very instable. RMS connection also switching between off and on. What can I do?

I already have exported troubleshoot logs which I can provide in a private message.

Try to reset the router to factory configuration.

reset is not possible because the device needs login details for mobile connection afterwards. I have sent you the troubleshooting log via private message.

Hello,

The logs show some poor LTE signal indicators, specifically RSRP: -100 and SINR: -1. It might be the cause of disconnects. For reference, check this page.

The suggestion would be to try setting different LTE bands manually. For instructions refer here. 

You can also try to change the location of the router.
