Hi guys,

I replaced my RUT240 with the RUTX11 box.

I created a new VPN IPsec connection with the same parameter before.

Seems to be that a cennction to my FB is established successfully. Got a similar message from the FB.

Also the download speed slowed down, if VPN is connected. Have with VPN also connection to the web.

Only, I can`t access the FB with the local IP 192.178.168.1

This worked with the parameters on the RUT240 before.

Using the latest Firmware on X11.

Any idea if this is now correct and why I can`t access the FB with the local IP?

Thx for your support.

Cheers

Thomas

Hello,

Please make sure that the firewall zones for IPsec are correct and that traffic is allowed and not dropped when accessing the WebUI via the IPsec tunnel.

Also, make sure that there are router available at the both ends for the VPN communication.

Hi ,

Thx for your answer.

I`ve no firewall enabled on the RUTx11.

Neither local, nor remote.

Same as before on the RUT240.

On the FB there is standard Firewall as usual, which I can`t change.

Could it be, that the correct port for IPSEC VPN(on FB it`s 4500) is not enabled on the RUTX11?

Can`t find anything for this on the RUTx11

Hi guys,

I'm still struggling to connect with VPN to my Fritzbox.

I tried now more than 15 several configurations, but still not working.

All examples I've got didn't work.

Is there a possibility to get support from Teltonika direct, e.g An desk or Teams? You have done it before when I had the same problem with my rut240 and it took almost 15 minutes.

It's really frustrating now and I'm thinking to change to another router.

Thx for a short reply.

Cheers

Thomas
