Question

Hey community,

my RUT950 worked well with to old fw (old web GUI).... then I changed the FW to the newer versions with the actual web gui. My fail over never worked. 

I use the RUT950 in my van. Normaly I use the Mobil Sim 1 for my Data connectio, but sometime on a camp site I want use the free Wifi. I have my WiFi for my devices and I join the Camp WiFI by searching a new Network and join it as a client. I don't know why the interface is allway stopped. I tried to restet to factory settings but nothing changed.

Thank you for contacting us.

It would be great if you could replicate the issue, then access the router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to me.

Logs in this file will help to answer what causes this issue.
