Question

My RUT360 has been working fine with SIMs in Italy, Sweden, Croatia but with a new Swiss SIM the Data Connection State is disconnected. I've tried restarting the modem and a reboot. Its detected the service provider and has signal strength, just won't allow a data connection. Please help as all the forums seem to be for other models. Thanks

I had what might be a similar problem, see my question here: Problems with RUT360 firmware update

The only way to fix it was to update the modem firmware, which Teltonika were very helpful with.

I would recommend checking if the APN is set correctly by the auto APN for this sim card, also, check if the sim card has no PIN set
