Remote connection stopped working on firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.02

I  lost totally the connection to the remote RUT950 router on the 4G-mobile network after upgrading to the firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.02.

I can't connect the router via hhps nor the port forwardings work.  I've also reported before that the IPSEC connection stopped working last summer after firmware upgrading  :) 

There are also problems with the internet connection which shuts off steadily when the VPN (F-secure Freedome) is on.
 

My other RUT950 router on the broadband side works fine. All the problems are on the mobile side (DNA).

Hi,

Do you have any possibility to reach router? Would be great to get troubleshoot package from router, then I could say what is happening with it.

I'm now using the remote router. But I've booted it since trying to connect it remotely. Do you still want the troubleshoot file? Where do I send it?

I'm not sure, so it works now again? If no ,send troubleshoot package directly to me (press on my username).

I don't know how to send the file. What shall I do after pressing your username? There is no option to send a message directly to you.

Hi,
I don't know what hhps is, but I had similar problem to connect via the 4G-net, I use ddns and I did found out that it was problem for the router (with the latest firmware) to update the ddns service.
No problem at all with the earlier firmwares.
However, I use ***.ddns.net at noip.com, and hadn't used a custom settings service before, before I used noip.com in the "Service" field, with the latest firmware I had to use
"custom" settings for ddns, and putted in ddns.net in the "Custom update URL".
Then the router updated ddns without any problem again.

I don't really know what hhps is, but if it is something similar to ddns service it may are the problem...

Sorry about the typo. I mean https.. After the IPSec stopped working, I could connect the 4G  router via https and the port forwardings worked. I also use no-ip and there is no problem to connect to the broadband router via 4G.

Same Problem here with 4G (LTE) Connection and a brand new RUT955 with newest Firmware.

It's absolutely not possible to connect Remote (to public adress) via SSH, HTTP or HTTPS. Resetted Device several times and tried everything to connect. Also tried via direct WAN Connection by own public IP Subnet. Not Possible.

RMS (test-license) with creation of a dynamic link works out of the box. But that's not our intent.

Please provide an update.

I downgraded the firmware back to RUT9XX_R_00.06.00.2 which I could connect remotely via hhps and http. A week ago the mobile operator updated their 4G network and I lost totally connection again.

The mobile operator reported similar problems with some Huawei routers as well, so I guess the only solution is to go back to 3G. For me that makes also 600 km car driving.
