Question

I bought a RUT240 for monitoring my summer house an it worked for a few weeks and then it suddenly have not internet connection. The SIM-card works in an iPhone.

Connection state is either "Failed to resolve hostname" or "SSL Failure".

Tried to change to 18.196.62.30 and set manual APN.

The LAN and the MOB1S1A1 status is Running but I have no internet connection

Any suggestions?

It would be great if you could replicate the issue, then access the router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to me.

Logs in this file will help to answer what causes this issue.
