RMS emailing alert, difference between "Send email" and "Send from RMS email"?

Hi, in generating these alerts, what is the difference between those two emailing options "Send email" or "Send from RMS email"?? I cannot find this in the RMS manual.

Hello,

Send email option requires you to have a preconfigured email account, which will be used to send email from, while Send from RMS email sends email from system's email.
