Hello Sir,

I'm in Australia and using Otpus mobile SIM card on RUT240, I think I'm doing the right setting on RUT240, even I can use port forwarding, then I can access to the webpage of the LAN device from Internet. However, the PC in LAN cannot access to the Internet. The default gateway of that PC is set correctly with using RUT240's IP. It was working two weeks ago, but out of sudden, the PC cannot access to Internet anymore. I did upgrade the RUT240 firmware to latest one.

Hope you can share me some tips and advice. Thank you,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
