I have setup my RMS VPN Hub as per instructions.  Added a user and device. Everytime I try to add a route (found through scan) I get a timeout message.  I have also tried to add it manually but I get the same thing.  I can ping the device from the router.

Firmware on router is 00.01.14.5, RTU240 Router.

Same symptome on our installations. Is there some maintenance ongoing on the backend or VPN hub service side ?

Same problem here, tried create many hubs, reset device, problem still here

I just have one hub as it a small network that we are trying to set up.

The company name is #61362 N/A

Hello,

It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshots of your configuration steps, which you could send me in a private message. Another thing to check is to try and configure the HUB in incognito window just to rule out the possibility of cached browser.
