We are using the "IP alias" feature of legacy firmware.

Until now, this feature was not integrated in new RutOS firmware. But for firmware RUT2_R_00.07.02.5 I cannot find the feature in the list of deprecated features...

Was it added to the firmware?

Where can I find it?

Another question concerning this topic:

If I add an IP alias in the network configuration file manually, will this be saved in the "backup configuration" file?

Hello,

IP alias is not implemented in the WebUI, however, as mentioned in this thread, you should be able to configure it via CLI/SSH. Once you configure it, it should carry to the backup file.
