Hi,

We have a problem when we trying to connect this device to RMS portal. We got this error message. 
Device with serial number xxxxx does not have an available credit to use. [Code: -1]

Hello,

The question, which flows from the error message is, does the device have available credits?

Has it been used before and  maybe added to RMS by a different user/company?
