Hello,

We have encountered a situation where RUT950 modem hangs after power-on reset. Modem IPsec channel does not come up, connection through LAN ports is also impossible. On first time, when it happened, another power-on reset resolved the problem. On second time Auto Reset was configured in modem and it resolved the hang. Status log shows no useful information, as modem overwrites the log after successful restart. Question is: what is causing the modem hanging? What is minimum allowed power disconnect time for proper power-on reset? How to avoid the hang?

Please check if your router use latest firmware and bootloader versions:

If issue persist, attache a troubleshoot package from router.

Hi. There is that same situation in my router. Unfortunately router works wit old FW so upgrading to 6.0 is impossible.

Do you have some idea how to tackle the problem?
