Dear Teltonika-Support-Team,

RMS did work well in the last months, now it does not automatically connect anymore.
In logread I see now every few seconds: "can't open /tmp/rms_data: no such file".
In System->SetupWizard->RMS I see the status "Connecting".
When pressing EXPLICTLY the "Connect-Button" under System->SetupWizard->RMS it immediately connects and everything is fine.

A reboot or factory-reset (incl. config-restore) did not solve the problem.

Any clue?
Many thx, Rainer

Hello,

Did this issue start with the current firmware or did you have it before?

Have you made any configuration changes recently?

Could you provide a complete troubleshoot file?

Best regards,

Hi,

>>>Did this issue start with the current firmware or did you have it before?
Good question, not really sure, but never had this issue with previous versions before 07.02.6.

>>> Have you made any configuration changes recently?
Mmmh, just played around with that Blacklisting-Issue (where), but nothing regarding RMS.

>>>Could you provide a complete troubleshoot file?
Will send now by mail.

Many thx, Rainer

Any outcome from troubleshoot-file?

( I cannot use RMS since weeks since nightly reboot prevent each morning from RMS to auto-connect due to this "can't open /tmp/rms_data: no such file" )

Thx, Rainer

A long time I didn't used RMS anymore, now back on this issue I didn't tried again but first did FW-update to 07.03.xx.
Issue seems gone.
