Hi

I've recently purchased an unlimited SIM (minutes, data, texts) from Lebara, and have just activated it in an unlocked handset

On Mobile, I can see that the SIM is seen, with SIM 1 (Ready), but the data connection is disconnected.

For Lebara, i've used the custom APN of uk.lebara.mobi, with PAP authentcation of U: wap P: wap.

However, my unit still flashes on the 3G and 4G LED light, showing that it's trying to get an IPv4 address.

I've attached the logs

Thanks

I've also just performed a firmware upgrade to the latest revision available, 'RUTX_R_00.07.02.6'

Looking at the system log, i'm seeing a lot of '+CME ERROR: phone failure'

Apologies, should be attached now,

Thanks

The log messages might indicate failing hardware.

Besides that, the modem firmware version of your device is quite old and you could try to perform an update. For this you will need an alternative internet source than the mobile. You can find instructions in one of the previous threads:

If a secondary WAN is unavailable, you can check a different way to update in the below link:

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction

I've installed the following Firmwares:

RUTX_R_00.07.02.6
EG06ELAR04A08M4G

I've attached another set of logs. I just had a look through them, and they seem to indicate similar issues as before. I guess this could be a faulty unithttps://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=1320020969797155997

If the previous measures did not help, it is likely a modem hardware failure and the device should be returned for warranty repair.

Appreciate the help on this Žygimantas

Unfortunately I purchased this second-hand via Ebay, so I'll go back to the seller on there

Thanks
