RUTX12 Unable to enter PIN on SIM2

When I try to enter a PIN for the second modem on my RUTX12, I got the error message "error while loading data". The tab for the second SIM (SIM2) will not appear.

What can I do?

Hello,

It seems more like a modem hardware issue.

Could you provide a troubleshoot file?
