We have a RUTX09 running at a remote location. The device is connected via LTE and since today not accessable via RMS or VPN and not sending any data but answers to SMS requests. Reboot via SMS does not help. Data limit is disabled. Any ideas how to fix this?
FW: RUTX_R_00.07.01.2 - has not been updated recently.

Hello,

Do you have valid RMS credits/data?

Have you tried rms-status and rms_connect commands?

Could you try to remove and add the router to RMS again?

If that does not help, please send the serial number of your router in a private message.
