Hi.

I have a RUT955 that can´t connect to RMS, it´s stuck in "Connecting to Server".

RUT955 serial nr 08801978 looks shorter than every other routers nr, is this a problem? Or what can be the issue here?

Hello,

Could you double check if both serial and LAN MAC are entered correctly?

What is the router's firmware version?

Have you tried to remove and add the device again?

Does the device have internet access?

Has the device been added/working before?

Could you check if in RMS web page device details, you get a message "The serial must be an integer" after each connection attempt?

I updated the firmware now to RUT9XX_R_00.06.05.

The Serial and MAC address is copied direct from the local inlog page of the router so I belive its correct.

After update to the later FW it is still stuck in connecting.

And in RMS web page I get this message as follows

"This device is currently not Activated, which means it has never connected to RMS therefore, monitoring information will not be shown. You may apply a firmware or backup configuration upload although, it will be verified only when the device becomes online."

The device have internet connection now
