Is there any problem with VPN RMS HUB ?

Suddenly no clients can route to local devices .

There have recently been issues with RMS VPN hubs in Germany region. They have been fixed, however, for the operation to restore on the client's side, the hub either has to be reset and configurations have to be updated or the hub needs to be recreated.

For clients on RMS VPN hub to route to local devices you need to define the routes on the RMS VPN routes section. You need to add local devices IP addresses to the routes. For a step by step on how this is done, kindly check the following link https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/VPN_Hubs
