CLI in web UI shows error can't change directory to '/user' and then session closed.

SSH will not accept the same password that gets me in the web UI. SSH is enabled for the LAN interface I'm trying to get into.

Hello,

Use root as a username and the same password you use to log in to the router's WebUI.
