Hello,

I got a modem back from a customer application which seems to be broken.

When I power up the modem all led are premanently lit (PWR, signal, network interfaces). I can not login to the modem. Pressing/holding reset button doesn't effect anything.

Do you have any further ideas or is the modem broken?

Hello,

You can try updating using bootloader menu. Please refer to instructions here. If the procedure does not help, return the device for warranty repair.
