I am configuring Modbus alarm in TRB 140 and i want to set SMS receiver's number that i can change from a PLC, Do you have solution for this?

It depends of your PLC.

I was doing this function with SMS / Http Gateway service on M241 / M251 from Schneider with Http lib.

I have Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC, So do you have solution for AB PLC?

Sorry, no. IMO, without http librairy in RSLogix, the only one solution will be to change to TRB142 or TRB245/255 and set an ASCII communication over RS232 with AT Commands
