The problem is that I want to buy a 4GTeltonika router that allows the setting of a fixed IP and Orange APN so that data transmission from the gps tracker, through the NMEA protocol, to the Traccar Server can be achieved. Thank you.

Hello,

Your set up is unlikely. Some Teltonika devices are capable of forwarding NMEA data such as RUT955, but the GPS data the device uses to forward is from its own receiver.

Also, how do those GPS trackers interconnect or forward data to to other devices?
