Hi,

I'm trying my first connection to the TRB140, following the procedure DEVICE CONFIGURATION.

I plug the USB cable to my computer, but It seems that my computer doesn't recognise the device: I can't pass the 3 third step "Your computer's OS should detect the USB device and install the driver.

Any clue?

Hello,

Is the TRB displayed in Network preferences settings?

Have you tried to connect using an ethernet cable?

Is this issue relevant for the MONTERREY 12.4 revision, or did you have it with previous versions too, as some sources indicate that there might be issues with the macOS release itself related to USB devices ? 

Did you try to connect it to another machine via USB, to check if it does recognize the gateway, just to make sure the device is actually functional?
