HI,

I have a unit that is connected to an unknown account and i need it removed so i can add it to mine.

I have connected to the device via ssh and ran "uci set rms_connect_mqtt.rms_connect_mqtt.remove_from_system=1 && uci commit && /etc/init.d/rms_connect restart" however it states "Command failed: Not found"

If i run the above piece by Piece the "uci set rms_connect_mqtt.rms_connect_mqtt.remove_from_system=1" = works

"uci commit" = works

"/etc/init.d/rms_connect restart" = Fails.

Im am not sure what portal this device was previosuly connected to but can provide photo or SSH access to unit if needed

Thanks in advanced

Hello,

It is likely that the device does not have a valid RMS credit, thus commands fail. Please send a troubleshoot from the device or a photo with a serial number visible in a private message. It will be taken care of.

Best regards,
