I am experiencing this error for one device in RMS. It is online with 4G but does not connect to RMS

What can I do to get it reconnected?

Hello,

Could you provide more details on when this error appears, also a few screenshots?

Are you using latest firmware?

Could you send me a serial number of the device in a private message?

The error appeared on 29th September and it is offline since then.

I could update to the newest FW if it connected.

I have reported the issue to the RMS team, however, it may take some time to get resolved.

Good morning,

the error is still shown and the device is not getting online - unfortunately I can't find what this error say.
