Hey,

I have 10 devices which I want to reconnect to my RMS (after I removed them), but I keep getting this message:

"Device with serial 1100612410 from entry number 1 already exists."

my RMS is "tech@tamnun.co.il"

Already tried these methods (and few more..):

I keep getting this message.

Will you please reset these serials for me to reconnect them to my RMS ?

Hello,

As noted in the aforementioned threads, I would like you to send me a few photos in a private message with a device backplate, where the serial number and IMEI could be seen, or troubleshoot files, to confirm your ownership of the devices.

Also, what was the reason to remove the devices, if they need to be readded?

Thank you for your quick answer.

The devices are installed on sites, It will be very difficult to get photos.

Can't you watch my RMS account history?

I have full access for the devices management via http or ssh, so I can provide you any information from inside.

The reason for me to unregister the devices is that I didnt have credits , so I figured that I have to remove the devices that I dont want to monitor.

Now I know that it was a mistake.
