Hello, this question has probably already been asked but I haven't found an answer.

I would like to make sure that when users connect to a network via a VPN, they use the 4G connection. And the rest of the users would be on the connection that goes through the WAN (SAT)

What should I do ? There is something special I need to do ?

Would it be possible to know more about your case?

Are you using failover, load balancing, and want to limit the output traffic flows?

As by default, if you are only using mobile interface only, your traffic is forwarded through it.
