I have contacted both Verizon and ATT they both don't recognize the imei number and I can't get a SIM card for it

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. To generate the file, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
