Hello,

I have 3 x RUTX14s running firmware RUTX_R_00.07.02.7

When I try and monitor its temperature using SNMP, it returns a 0 value.

I have no problem monitoring the temperature with the RUTX11s and RUT360s using .1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.17.1, but not the RUTX14s

Is this a firmware bug?

That is correct, this is a known bug for RUTX14 in particular. It will be fixed in v7.3 of RutOS, which should be released in the following months.
