360 goes offline 3-4 timmes / week

A Rut 360 goes offline often and sometimes it starts up by itself but always after a hard reset.  Have 2 Rut 950 nearby with the same subscription and they never go offline.  Fw 070102

Hello,

Could you start by updating the device to the latest firmware with Keep settings option disabled (be aware that this will clear all of your current configuration) and check if the issue continues to occur.

Firmware file can be downloaded from here and uploaded via WebUI System -> Administration -> Firmware section
