Question

Can't connect, reset button doesn't do anything

Single power LED, no signal strength LED's, LAN LED is on (with or without cable). Bootloader procedure doesn't work.

Is this a new out of the box device?

or

Have you used it and performed any tasks with the router, or made any specific configurations before it stopped working?

Is there anything special about operating environment: heat, humidity?

Could you provide a serial number of the router for traceability?

Hello - brand new out of box. I saw the wifi SSID for a split second then it crashed.

Yup have tried that to no avail - no flashing LED's or anything
