we are regularly using port forwarding option but particular these Ip we could not communicate WAN port so please reply.

While I will need a troubleshoot file to find the exact issue, I can see that for LAN you're using an IP address, that is not in the private IP range. This should be avoided. So first I'd recommend setting the LAN IP to the IP from one of these ranges:

  • 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
  • 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
  • 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255

Otherwise, if subnet mask of /24 (255.255.255.0) is used, then everything should work.

However, if the port forwarding still does not work, troubleshoot file can be generated by going to System → Administration → Troubleshoot. It can be attached to the original post, as it will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.
