Hi Support Team,

I need to set up 2 lan ports as different networks gateways.

LAN2: 10.2.0.1/16

LAN3: 10.3.0.1/16

I created vlan 2, vlan 3 and corresponding interfaces by following the wiki's instructions and this thread: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/42308/rut950-the-rut950-should-work-in-two-networks-as-a-router

I can't ping interface eth0.2 from its subnet (I plugged a computer in the physical port LAN2, assigned an ip in the network range and tried to ping the gateway).
Same with eth0.3.

I tried factory reset but no change.

Could you please support me in this case?

Kind regards,
GC

Hello,

I could not replicate your issue, thus I would like you to review your configuration:

  • Network -> VLAN configuration:

Network -> Interfaces section (I assume you do not configure DHCP server, since you have mentioned that you have set IP on your computer manually)

  • VLAN2:

The same applies for the other VLAN with gateway 10.3.0.1.

  • Static IP configuration on your computer:

This should be enough to ping and access the gateway:

Best regards,
