Hi to all,

I've three RUT955 S/N 08xxxxxx RUT955A7V020 bootloader 3.0.1 - Modem EC20 FW EC20EQAR02A07E2G

After fw upgrade no one of three routers is able to connect to data. If downgrade to previous fw, all of three routers work correctly.

Maybe a modem firmware update could solve?

Hello,

Did you perform update with Keep settings set to on? If you did, could you disable this option and try updating again.

Other than that, could you please send me troubleshoot files from routers with both versions to check on what happens during connection process? First reboot routers, allow them to connect or make attempts to connect for a few minutes, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Could you provide outputs from working and not working devices of the following command to compare their lists of device files, as it is starting to look like a modem hardware issue:

• ls /dev

Also, is the second troubleshoot file you have attached trouble_backup-Teltonika-6092.tar.gz, from the working device or not?

Both troubleshoot come from same device RUT955 S/N 08xxxxxx. With 6.06.1 work with 6.09.1 no.

The working router is a new rut955  (sn 11xxxxxx with EC25 type modem) and with 6.09.2 works.

I use a second working router as a reference to check the differences.

Maybe it would be possible to connect to you remotely via AnydDesk to take a look at your device?
