Hi, my WLAN is off and I don't know why. I restarted my rut240 but it doesn't help. WLAN is the only connection I have to my router. That's a problem  . Next try I would reset the router and hope to have WLAN than. But whats the problem ? I didn't turn off the WLAN connection.

Hello,

Please share if factory reset did solve your issue.

To find the cause of the issue, a troubleshoot file from the device would be needed. To download it, you would need to connect to the router with ethernet cable. Once logged into the router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Attach it by editing your question.

Best regards,
