Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Crowd support.

Checking the Checking the YouTube link shared, Teltonika RMS has the capability monitoring events and sending alerts. Log in into RMS, go to Management > Devices, select the device you want to set the monitoring.  Under management, Set the monitoring update period. There are several parameters to set here.

There are also alerts, set the alerts according to your alert events.
