I have a problem with a Teltonika RUT240 - 4G/LTE Wi-Fi router. The firmware version was RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.3. I wanted to update to version RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5. The upgrade was completed but the router never gave me back my hand. Since then I can't access it remotely.

Hello,

Do you have physical access to the device?

Is the device able to respond to SMS messages? For example, are you able to get reply to a similar SMS:

  • <router's_password> status

Do you have it added to RMS?
